Method: |
- Wash carrots in warm water. Remove top and tail portion and cut into big pieces.
- Scrape thin skin from beetroot and cut into convenient sized pieces.
- First put peeled ginger into the extractor and follow with other vegetables.
- Mix other ingredients to the juice. Serve in a small glass topped with crushed ice.
