Method: |
- Heat butter in a pan sauté chopped onion. Add finely shred cabbage, seasoning and chicken stock. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add beaten egg yolk to boiling soup with constant stirring.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Serve hot along with chilly and soya sauce.
