Method: |
- Boil half the amount of water.
- Put tea leaves in a tea-pot.
- Pour boiling water over it and allow it to steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the mixture. Add sugar and dissolve.
- Cut a thin slice of lemon for serving and squeeze the juice from rest of the lemon.
- Add lemon juice to the tea and pour in a tall glass over ice cubes.
- Serve chilled with lemon slice.
