Method: |
- Wash and remove outer skin from pumpkin, ashgourd and cut into big pieces.
- Cut celery stalks into 3 inch pieces.
- Bunch up spinach, celery and push through the extractor followed by vegetable pieces.
- To th extract mix salt, honey and palm sugar.
- A pinch of cardamom powder can be added for taste.
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately with crushed ice on top.
