Method: |
- Wash all the vegetables properly.
- Remove the skin from ashgourd and beetroot.
- Cut into convenient sized pieces.
- Remove seeds and centre core from apple.
- Put ginger and beetroot first into the extractor followed by other vegetables.
- Mix salt, palm sugar to the juice and serve with crushed ice on top.
