Method: |
- Wash, remove thick skin, seeds from pumpkin and cut into convenient sized pieces.
- Bunch up tulsi leaves and put it into extractor followed with other chopped vegetables.
- To the extract add salt, honey, palm sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
- Garnish a teaspoon of grated white pumpkin along with crushed ice cubes and serve in a tall glass.
