Method: |
- Wash all the vegetables properly and then cut.
- Check for the bitterness from cucumber and then cut into convenient sized pieces.
- First put mint in the extractor goblet followed by other vegetables.
- After extracting the juice add salt, palm sugar, honey and mix well.
- Serve in tall glass garnished with little chopped mint and top with crushed ice.
