Ingredients: |
| Ragi (nachni) flour |
|
1 cup |
| Soya flour (optional) |
|
1tbsp |
| Sesame seeds |
|
1tsp |
| Finely chopped onions |
|
½ cup |
| Green chillies, finely chopped |
|

| Grated ginger |
|
1 tsp |
| Chopped coriander |
|
½ cup |
| Salt to taste |

| Oil for cooking |

Method: |
- In a bowl, combine the ragi flour, soya flour, sesame seeds, onions, green chillies, ginger, coriander and salt and mix well.
- Heat a non- stick pan and grease it with a little oil.
- Spread an even layer of the paste to make a 5 round.
- Cook on both sides till golden brown, using a little oil.
- Serve hot with any chutney.
